About Me
I am an Assistant Professor at the School of Industrial Engineering & Management at Oklahoma State University.
In two words, my research interests can be termed "industrial analytics". Using more words, my research efforts try to bring together statistical and industrial knowledge -- to effectively model complex relationships between industrial processes, provide an accurate and individualized prognosis, monitor business processes, and subsequently, use these insights to make intelligent optimal decisions.
AI/Data Science for IoT-enabled Smart and Connected Systems
Reliability Modeling and Optimization for Complex Engineering Systems
Stochastic modeling and Closed-Loop Control
Domain-aware Machine Learning
Methodologically, my interests are in stochastic processes, stochastic control processes, Bayesian optimization, and reinforcement learning.
